Quick Change Production Tooling

This quick change tooling was designed for production of IC chips. It includes a bayonet mount with adjustable latch force and high precision placement control. The quick disconnect fluid and electrical connections automatically engage and seal when inserted. A mating support module provides controlled lift speed profile and precision placement of the chip for processing.
